Submit a video audition to be considered for our Professional Dance Intensive. If needing Homestay accommodation the deadline to register is July 15th.
The Professional Dance Intensive is for talented, serious, students ages 14 and up. Led by VAB’s internationally acclaimed faculty, classes are offered in a variety of styles, with an acute focus on advancing students’ technique while developing their artistry. Entry into the Professional Dance Intensive is by audition only. Homestay accommodations for out-of-town students offered.
This summer program may be used as an audition period for acceptance into our Full Year Professional Training (PTP) and Post-Secondary Bridge Programs (BP). Students enrolled in the PTP or BP for the 2022-23 school year must attend a fourth week until August 26th.

TUITION & FEES
Domestic Students – Professional Dance Intensive Tuition: $1950 (+ $150 Activity Fee)
International Students – Professional Dance Intensive Tuition: $2300 (+ $150 Activity Fee)
Acceptance into the Professional Dance Intensive is by audition only. In-Person, Zoom, and Video auditions are accepted.
SAMPLE DAY
9:30-11:00 Ballet class
11:15-12:15 Classical variations or male virtuosity/floor barre (less advanced students)
1:15-2:30 Classical repertoire
2:45-4:15 Contemporary
4:30-5:30 Pas De Deux* for select advanced students
