Get ready to be transposed into the world of dance, at your leisure.

This Conditioning Ballet Barre full-body workout class is for adults who enjoy a focus on building strength and flexibility including high reps of small movements.

Enjoy a low impact session combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. A wonderful way to stay healthy; in mind and body.

SCHEDULE

This class will be re-scheduled for Term 2 starting in January 2024.
Registration will open early November 2023.
