OPEN DIVISON | FULL-YEAR CLASSES
LEVEL 2
OVERVIEW
Ages 8-9 (as of September 2023)
Level 2 classes focus on continuing to learn correct body alignment, further developing musicality and rhythm, and increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. Students are evaluated through observation, checking for understanding, in-class activities to demonstrate learning, and discussion. A more formal approach and technical structure is applied to classes as the students mature and gain technical prowess.
Students in Level 2 must take the Base Program ballet in order to be eligible to take the following add-on classes.
LEVEL 2 ADD-ON CLASS
JAZZ
Students may choose to add the Level 2 Jazz class, which expands their dance vocabulary and further develops rhythm and expression. This class is a performance class.

> LEVEL 2 BALLET Monday 4:00pm – 5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am – 10:00am
Optional ADD-ON Class
> LEVEL 2 JAZZ Saturday 10:00am – 11:00am

$1,550/year LEVEL 2 BALLET BASE PROGRAM
$2,250/year LEVEL 2 BALLET + 1 ADD-ON CLASS
