We are seeking a full-time permanent Admissions Lead who thrives at building relationships, providing exceptional service, and who can juggle large volumes of complex information and multiple processes, without missing a beat. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting talented international dancers with every step of the application and enrollment process.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, the Admissions Lead thrives at attracting, enrolling, and onboarding talented and motivated international and domestic students for the vocational division including the professional training program and the post-secondary bridge program. The role directs all prospective student recruitment efforts including sourcing leads, responding to enquiries, application processing, organizing auditions, coordinating waivers, identifying academic supports, and liaising with finance. Overseeing all steps in the process requires impeccable relationship management, project management, and action orientation. The position is a key member of the leadership team and works closely with the Student Services Lead, Marketing & Development Lead, as well as the artistic team.

What You Bring

  • Diploma in business or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years working with international students
  • Boundless enthusiasm and drive to achieve goals
  • Skilled in client and relationship management with a commitment to quality service
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge or experience in dance
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check
  • Occasional ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Standard first aid or willingness to become certified
  • Proof of COVID 19 vaccination
